We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Universal Music Nordics. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl, CDs, or merchandise are in mint, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point or carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
