Where do you ship from and what is the delivery time?
All orders are dispatched from our central Nordic warehouse. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the Nordic region and 5-10 business days for international destinations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and in their original shrink-wrap. For hygiene and copyright reasons, opened media cannot be returned unless it is defective.
What should I do if my record arrives damaged?
If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and popular local payment solutions including Klarna and MobilePay.
Are the digital downloads included with vinyl purchases?
Digital download codes are included with specific vinyl releases where indicated on the product page. If included, the code will be found on a physical card inside the record sleeve.
